The walkable “street-scape” environment is centered around outdoor dining and entertainment areas, with 15-foot sidewalks and various amenity areas and art installations. ShopRite Supermarket (65,000 square feet) is expected to draw 15,000 to 20,000 customer visits per week.

Winslow Gate Road features popular dining establishments, including Chipotle Mexican Grill, Starbucks and Burger King. There are leasing opportunities ranging from 1,500-square-foot in-line and end-cap space, to a 10,000-square-foot stand-alone building. Each establishment will have its own unique identity and signage, based on the pre-approved design guidelines, along with signage on two 20-foot pylons along Route 9.
